About the client

Canada Health Infoway is a national, independent not-for-profit that partners with governments, health-care organizations, clinicians, and patients to make care more digital, connected, and accessible. They lead and fund initiatives that improve how Canadians access and share health information—supporting things like secure information exchange, e-prescribing, and system interoperability. The goal: healthier Canadians through innovative digital health solutions.

Challenge

While Credit Canada has been in the proverbial game for several decades, insights in 2023 revealed that a lack of innovation has led to a significant decline in market share; Credit Canada was down over the last 5 years.

This analysis led Credit Canada to develop a new brand strategy and identity to help kickstart the agency’s renewal and progress. The goal was to propel Credit Canada into the 21st century through a modern, compelling brand narrative and a refreshed brand identity that embodied transformation and innovation.
